Its gonna be a long post...

been a week now since I updated about my super short trip to malaysia and singapore. been busy eating and travelling around... There was no computer at where i lived which is good for me i guess.. keeps me away from computers.

My trip to malaysia has been kinda disastrous and fun at the same time. Its disastrous because I broke my camera on the bus to malaysia from singapore and caught the wrong bus on the way back to ipoh from Kuala Lumpur sigh... well.. it was also fun. Ate HEAPS of food. All I do in the first day of malaysia is eat. eat. eat. Constantly eating everything I see as most of them are "rare items" haha (none of them adds any points to my abilities thou..just makes fat). Alex's whole family (which is huge) was really nice to me and my brothers...I doubt if i could ever pay them back for their care..because I think i have eaten more than 40 "items" in three days and didn't pay for any of them..lol .. me and my brother put on around 3kgs in 2 days.

Just as we thought our stomaches are strong ... since nothing happened to us in the first two days.. It finally came to us in the last day.. diarrhea....So everything we ate goes into the toilet in liquid form lol... so..we left all the food we ate in Malaysia...

I broke my camera on the first day to Malaysia.. the screen cracked ..it was squashed by the advanced automatic stupid but comfy chair on the bus that we took to go to malaysia. However, the camera was still working .. just that the screen is black. i couldn't really see what i was taking.. So pretty much all the pictures I have taken in malaysia are by human estimation.. they came out surprisingly ok. which is in the following:

heaps of random dishes, .. fruit mix with special sweet and salty dips, raw spring rolls with i don't know whats in there, drink with lime and a sour thing and each of us had a bowl of "i forgot what is in there" noodle. lol

A fruit called "rober tan"? It tastes exactly like ly chi.. but bigger and juicer

$1.50 RM chicken on rice! No pork No lard because indian (i think..) doesn't eat pork

Some indian food, has a name but forgot what its called. It tastes really nice, but really disgusting if you see how they made it... some tofu flower soup too.. the picture is deceiving.. the alex's bowl on the right is at least three times bigger than my bowl on the right...lol (mine was poured from his bowl...)

Yellow ....
n tube form and
smells like crap.. lol durian.. taste better the more i have it.

"NO DURIAN ON THE BUS" lol coz it may stink the whole bus...

Fried fish noodle in milk soup!! taste really good! with sea coconut shaved ice to cool me down :)

Just Arrived

Arrived Singapore last night. So tired...had to wait for Alex's plane at Changi airport till 2am in the morning (7 o'clock in NZ). We took LIMO TAXI back to Alex's cousin place haha yea!

Went into the City with my bro's friend to have dinner while waiting. The first impression is its similar to Taipei but somewhat cleaner. First time eating StingRay BBQ. Its so good!!

Challenge

I would hate to make my blog emo, but I still have to say this.

Challenge and stress is like two faces of a card, its just up to u which side you look at it.

I chose the challenge side, but I am still freaking stressed. Why is this?

It proved that my theory is wrong, haha yea...

sucks

A secret I cannot tell

Making my blog richer with multimedias

the theme song from the movie "A secret I cannot tell" directed by Jay Chou

Damn I wanna watch it, even though it might be crap...

more study

Its already been a week since uni mid-semester break, I have not had any break yet. Been studying pretty much every moment I can find. There are so much to do for my dissertation, which I doubt is any useful.. .However, I don't really feel too bad about, I guess its because I get to get a taste of what life of master and phD students are like. They simply have no life..lol.. I think i just need to proud at what I am doing now.. otherwise it feels like hell

Well, jesse has gone back to Taiwan for 5 days 3 hours 34 mins 2.2 seconds (lol.. they are random numbers..). I am really used to the feeling of people leaving now, I simply don't feel anything

Don't know why

I don't know why.. nothing to me is extreme. No one is too ugly nor too nice-looking. Everyone has his/her own plus and minus. I find it hard to set a line to separate people into groups. So i become a person with no extreme hate nor extreme love. I always stay neutral. I think I am getting close to becoming a what people describe as some kinda "buddha"....!!

GrandPa

Staying at a friend's place for the weekend to look after a grandpa. He is really old and does nothing everyday pretty much. He spends most of his days talk to himself.. I can hear the sound of the "boa bei" (the thing chinese use to talk to relatives who has past away) falling on the ground, so i guess he is talking to his wife who has past away.

He told me today, that there is no much point earning so much money, as you cannot carry them with you when you die. Just enough for your living is enough.

My Wallet

Lost my wallet on thursday night and only realised on friday afternoon. haha Then, I spent the rest of day looking for it while regretting why i didn't take good care of it.. Well its too late now.. I shall look forward and start thinking getting all my cards replaced.

I don't have the habit of coming up to update my blog, even though i always have heaps of stuff in my minds that I can write about. I will try

lalala

Just finished watching Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya last night. Was going to watch just 2 episodes, but ended up finishing the whole cartoon straight. It was awesome!! The whole story is clever (or maybe not) and creative, and for some weird reason, I am starting to like the dance in ending theme...crap.

I belong to nowhere

I have been in New Zealand for almost 11 years now since 2007, and I am now 23 years old, so mathematically I am half Taiwanese, half New Zealander. I am affected equally by both cultures. People always said those people who have been to overseas are better than those who haven't because they are capable of looking at things from wider perspectives. However, for some reasons, that's not really happening to me. My English is barely ok, even though I have been here for 11 years, as I wasted too much time with asian people in my college years.

And I can no longer be proud of my chinese anymore, I can read and write, but I can't really express myself nicely in chinese anymore.

I feel like i don't belong to anywhere, I don't have a home. Where will my soul go when I die? New Zealand or Taiwan, or somewhere else

Youtube

I accidentally ran into this song on my flight back to taiwan in Jan this year. I instantly fell in love with this song after five minutes of communications. I didn't get its name, because it was in Japanese, but now I finally found it!!! yah! Its SamboMaster, a Jap rock band. All their music videos are really encouraging and are helpful for suicidal people.

Switching to google

Microsoft mySpace is kinda slow and restrictive or maybe its just that I just don't know how to use it. Anyway, I decided to switch to google, see if its better. From first impression, it looks quite complicated, but flexible.

Test

This will be my first post for my new blog. I will try to post something on here whenever I can
